ARTICLE I OFFICES

Section 1: Registered Office and Registered Agent.

The registered office of the corporation shall be located in the state of Delaware at such place as may be fixed from time to time by the office holders upon filing of such notices as may be required bylaw, and the registered agent shall have a business office identical with such registered office;

Section 2: Other Offices.

The corporation may have other offices within or outside the state of Delaware at such place or places as the office holders may from time to time determine;

ARTICLE II SCOPE

Section 1: Membership

This is a bereavement support group with a maximum membership cap of 200 and one time initial, non-refundable membership fee of $100;

From date of commission, there will be six (6) months incubation(waiting) period before any payment can be executed;

Section 2 : Mode of payments

Electronic Payment, cash or check with copy of check or deposit slip

Section 3 : Deliverable &Participation Membership is by commitment to group activities ;

Members will be required to build their account and maintain an amount equivalent to two bereavements ($100) which will have to be paid at the time of registration. Members are required to replenish their account balance within 2 weeks from the date of a bereavement announcement.

Section 4 : New Membership

New members must complete a 180-day probation period. The group will be limited to 200 members.

Section 5: Non-members

This group will NOT support non-members.

Section 6:  Coverage/Bereavement

I. Upon verification of a bereavement occurrence, bereaved member will receive a total of $8,000 per death within 7 days of verification of relevant death documents (based on 200 Paid Membership).

II. Post payment of (Ref.I) a bereaved member’s fee, each member shall pay $50 within 14 days (from the date of the death announcement on this group’s chat) to replenish their account.

III. If there are two deaths in one month, payment to the bereaved will be made in the order they were reported.

IV. Upon a member’s demise, the bereaved member’s family will receive a total of $16,000 within 7 days of confirmation of the death and verification of the relevant “Death Certificate” document.

V. Post payment of (Ref.IV) a member’s death (insurance) fee, each member shall pay $100 within 14 days (from the date of the death announcement on this group’s chat) to replenish their account.

Section 7 : Violations &Repercussions

I. Failure to fulfill the member’s financial obligation will result in the expulsion of the member;

II. Members will be removed due to Fraudulent claims;
III. Any member who files a fraudulent claim shall face legal repercussions and will be reported to public shaming websites such  as ripoffreport.com, which may affect your credit;
IV. There will be NO membership fee reimbursement if a member chooses to voluntarily
leave the group;

Section 8 : Reinstatement of Expelled Member Will be on a case-by-case basis and will be determined by the Admins upon review of reason for members expulsion.

Section 9:  Coverage Limitation

This group coverage is only for nuclear family  (blood relations) members; which includes parents, siblings(same mother siblings, legally adopted), spouse, and children. STEP- RELATIONSHIPS ARE NOT COVERED.

        I. There will be NO modification of covered dependents except for new-born or legal marriage

      II. There will be NO consideration for any special case No STEP sibling(s), children, or other family members will be covered.

    III. There will be no formal nomination list;

    IV. The group will only pay a lifetime maximum of five (5)bereavements per member.

Section 10: Terms and Conditions for Member Exit

Any member who has benefited from the group shall not

  1. I. Be allowed to exit the group for up to a period of 3 years;
  2. II. In the event that the said member opts to leave, he or she will be required to refund the group the total amount paid as a benefit minus any personal contribution he/she had made towards any bereavement in the group during the said period.

Section 11:  Enforcement of defection

This will be based on good will and community commitment. The member will still be required to refund the total amount paid as a benefit minus any personal contribution the member has paid to the group; consequently, if a member leaves the  group or is expelled from  the group, a replacement will be sought from the pool of those on the waiting list;

Section 12:  Postings

There shall be absolutely  no postings, advertisements or forwarding  of non-group related activities. When a member does this, an administrator will directly communicate with them and remind them of the rule,and a second posting will be grounds for ex communication from the forum. There will be absolutely no posting on the forum, all questions to be directed to the admins.

Section 13:  Announcement

When a member is bereaved, he or she will have to convey the message to one of the admins, who will then post it on the blog after verification is complete. Each member is individually responsible for keeping up with announcements on the blog.

Section 14 :  Officials and office term

The office holders will serve for a 2-year term
